Our Returns Policy 

You may return any item sold by us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be returned in original condition and packaged appropriately. A 5% restocking fee will apply, unless the return is the result of our error. All returns are by prior approval only. Please do not return an item until you have been in contact with us.

We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the reason for the return is the result of an error on our part.

Please note: we cannot accept returns of certain items. These include:

• Any type of item [book, CD or other] that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.
  
• Any CD or any type of software that has been opened (removed from its original plastic wrap)
  
• In general, any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
